Our class offerings include mat yoga, desk stretch (aka chair yoga), guided meditation, bootcamp, Zumba, cardio, eye yoga, breath work, nutrition, and mindfulness. Additionally, OMY has created a series of educational workshops to cultivate community and embrace total mind and body health.

We host large or small team on-sites, virtually, via video on demand (VOD), or can create special hybrid options. We also offer private instruction. No matter the format, our expert teachers will be there to guide you every step (and stretch) of the way.
