Looking for something a little different? Office Meet Yoga has created additional classes to engage and empower your team. OMY offers breath work, Zumba, cardio, eye yoga, and family yoga classes for offices, events, and conferences. We lead these sessions either on-site or virtually via video streaming. We can also create hybrid options tailored specifically to your needs.

breath work

Our breath is our most organic approach to managing stress. Learn easy breathing techniques to relax your nervous system. We will share and practice accessible and simple breathing patterns to promote relaxation in the mind and body. No prior experience needed.

ZUMBA

Dance your worries away with Zumba! This class is a fun and interactive way to get your team moving and sweating together. Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Forget you’re working out and get lost in the music and movement, all while toning your arms, legs, glutes, and core. Zumba routines incorporate interval training (alternating fast and slow rhythms) to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Best of all, there’s no previous dancing experience required—only a willingness to express yourself!

Cardio

We can’t think of a better way to get your team’s heart rate moving than with our Cardio class! This offering is OMY’s take on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This cardio fitness session focuses on plyometric and core exercises. It incorporates short bursts of effort followed by brief recovery time. Increase your overall body strength, power, and endurance in this body weight fitness class.

eye yoga

In an era where vision is increasingly fixed on screens, it’s important to remember the health of your eyes! In this session, practice exercises to improve eyesight and discover how to strengthen your vision naturally with yoga.

FAMILY YOGA

Grab your family (even your furry baby) and enjoy some healthy quality time together! This session includes easy breathing techniques and creative movements infused with a fun story. You’ll end in a relaxing family savasana.
